Vandalz was started by two taco enthusiasts, Eric and Laura Calmes.

A little bit of background on Vandalz co-owner and mastermind behind the menu, Eric. Eric obtained his Masters Degree in Culinary Arts studying abroad in Florence, Italy! He has worked in fine dining kitchens all over Italy as well as the US. Food truly is his work of art and his dishes have even been featured in the Seattle Met Magazine!! While his training is in Italian Food his passion for Mexican cuisine extends 30+ years, which he has spent perfecting his taco and salsa recipes.
